Inventories

We would strongly recommend that all landlords consider having an Inventory completed prior to letting out a property.  Our independent Inventory Service provides a full conditions and contents report together with photographic evidence.  More importantly it provides peace of mind and evidence should there be any disputes at the end of the tenancy.

Once a full inventory has been completed, we provide:

  • Check-in Service
  • Interim Condition Report
  • Check-out Service

Our Inventory Team is used to working at short notice and we can accurately turn around reports to suit the deadlines of our clients.

We are members of the AIIC and provide detailed reports at highly competitive rates.

Letting Fee Information

The asking rent does not include letting fees. Our standard administration fee (which covers general administration and preparation of paperwork) is £xxx (£xxx+VAT). A security deposit, usually equivalent to six weeks rent, is also payable.
