Finding the right tenant for a property is essential and that’s why we have established working partnerships with letting agents across central London, to ensure our landlords get the very best possible deal and access to high quality tenants.  

Once a match has been made, we will ensure that everything is tied up speedily and in a legally-compliant way.  

As a tenant, you’ll be met in person at the property by your Service Manager, who will go through everything with you and answer any questions you may have.  We will provide you with a Welcome Pack which will include all you need to know about your property, manuals for all the appliances and what to do if something goes wrong.

If you need extra help in advance of moving in or even afterwards our concierge services are readily available.
